Who performs the treatments?+
All injectable and aesthetic treatments are performed by Ashley Beadling, NP, our Lead Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector, under the supervision of Dr. Bradley Lemke, MD, our Medical Director. Your treatment is always in licensed, experienced hands.

Are results natural-looking?+
Absolutely. Our entire philosophy is natural enhancement — 'Elevating Beauty, Restoring Confidence.' We use conservative techniques and anatomy-based placement so you look refreshed, never overdone or 'done.'
How do I book an appointment?+
Use the Book My Consultation button on any page, or call us. We'll confirm a time that works for you and send a reminder. New patients start with a free consultation.

We ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule so we can offer the time to another patient. There's no fee for rescheduling with adequate notice.
Botox / Neuromodulators
Learn More →How long does Botox last?+
Botox results typically last 3 to 4 months. Most patients return for maintenance around the 3-month mark to keep lines from re-forming. Consistent treatment can help prevent deeper etching of lines over time.
Will Botox make me look frozen or expressionless?+
No — not when administered correctly. Ashley Beadling, NP uses a conservative, anatomy-focused approach that softens lines while preserving natural movement. You'll look rested and refreshed, never overdone.
Is there any downtime after Botox?+
There is essentially no downtime. You may have tiny pinpoint marks that fade within hours. We ask you to avoid exercise, lying flat, and touching the area for the rest of the day. Full results appear within 7 to 14 days.
Does Botox hurt?+
Discomfort is minimal — most patients describe a brief pinch. Numbing cream is available, and the needles used are extremely fine. The entire treatment takes about 15 minutes.
Dermal Fillers
Learn More →How long do dermal fillers last?+
Hyaluronic acid fillers typically last 6 to 18 months depending on the area and product used. Lips tend to metabolize faster (6–9 months), while cheeks and jawline can last a year or longer. We'll build a maintenance plan at your consultation.
Will fillers make me look overdone?+
No. Ashley Beadling, NP takes a conservative, layering approach — you can always add more at a follow-up. Our philosophy is natural enhancement that respects your facial anatomy, never the overfilled look.
What is the difference between a ½ syringe and a full syringe?+
A ½ syringe ($350) is ideal for subtle lip enhancement or fine-line correction. A full syringe ($600) provides more noticeable volume or treats larger areas like cheeks and jawline. We'll recommend the right amount for your goals.
Is there downtime after fillers?+
Most patients return to normal activities immediately. Mild swelling and bruising are common for 2–5 days, especially in the lips. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours.
Male Treatments
Learn More →Will aesthetic treatments make me look feminine or 'done'?+
No. Our male treatments are specifically calibrated for masculine anatomy — preserving stronger brow movement, defining rather than softening the jaw, and avoiding the over-treated look. The goal is a rested, well-groomed you.
Do men need different dosing than women?+
Often, yes. Men typically have stronger facial muscles and thicker skin, which can require more units of Botox for the same area. Ashley Beadling, NP assesses your anatomy and goals to dose appropriately.
Which treatments are most popular for men?+
Botox for forehead and frown lines, jawline filler for definition, and medical-grade skin care for texture and tone are the most requested. We build a combined plan based on your priorities at consultation.
Is there downtime for male treatments?+
Most treatments have little to no downtime. You may have mild swelling or pinpoint marks for a day or two. Many patients return to work the same day.
Dermatology & Skin Care
Learn More →Do I need a referral for dermatology services?+
No referral is needed for our cosmetic and skin-care dermatology services. You can book a consultation directly. For medical dermatology concerns, our team will guide you on the appropriate path during your visit.
Will you try to sell me a bunch of products?+
No. We recommend only what your skin genuinely needs, and we explain why. Many patients find they can simplify their routine. Our goal is healthy skin, not a cart full of products.
Can you treat acne and pigmentation?+
Yes. We build plans for active acne, post-acne marks, melasma, and sun damage using medical-grade topicals, in-office treatments, and targeted skincare. Improvement is gradual and sustainable over weeks to months.
Is a medical-grade routine worth it?+
For most skin concerns, yes. Medical-grade products contain clinically effective concentrations and penetrate deeper than over-the-counter options, so you see real change rather than temporary cosmetic effects.
Microneedling
Learn More →How many microneedling sessions do I need?+
Most patients see best results from a series of 3 to 6 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. Mild texture concerns may improve in 1–2 sessions, while acne scarring typically needs the full series. We'll recommend a plan at consultation.
Does microneedling hurt?+
Discomfort is minimal. We apply numbing cream for 20–30 minutes before treatment, so you'll feel mostly vibration and warmth. Most patients find it very tolerable.
What is the downtime after microneedling?+
Plan for 1 to 2 days of pinkness, similar to a mild sunburn. Some patients return to normal activities the next day. We'll guide you on post-care products to support healing.
When will I see results?+
Initial glow appears within a week as skin calms, but collagen rebuilding continues for months. Full results develop over 3 to 6 months as new collagen matures, with cumulative improvement across your series.
